How to request deletion

1. Email us from the address linked to your RepWard account if you can. Say that you want your RepWard account and associated data deleted.
2. If you cannot use that email address, identify the account email in your message so we can help verify ownership. Do not send your password, sign-in codes, or payment-card details.
3. We may ask for reasonable ownership verification before processing the request. We will reply with the outcome and explain any information that must be retained, including why and the applicable retention period or criteria.

This opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request. You can also copy the address above into any email service.

What deletion covers

Deletion covers the RepWard account and associated cloud workout, exercise and history records, body metrics, preferences, Guided Training/configuration data, cloud backups, and sharing records under our control.

Limited purchase, entitlement, code-redemption, support, or security records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, transaction disputes, or fraud/security purposes. Retention lasts only as long as needed for the relevant purpose or required by law. Residual infrastructure backup copies may persist until their retention cycle expires. Google’s independent transaction records, copies already held by a coach or other recipient, and local copies on your devices are managed separately. You may need to remove local app data from your devices. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits.

Manage your subscription separately

Deleting an account or uninstalling RepWard does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To prevent future renewals, open Google Play subscriptions and cancel your RepWard subscription. You can submit your deletion request without waiting for a subscription to expire.

Delete particular data instead

If you want to keep your account but remove specific data, email repwardapp@outlook.com and describe which data you want removed. We will explain the available options and any effect on related features.
